I don’t use the locks on my HF 5 drawer carts and wanted to free up some extra space so I decided to delete them. This was a fairly easy mod to do since the parts are held in by small rivets that can be drilled out.

I’ve got a growing collection of nuts and bolts and started using the 20 bin storage cases (SKU: 93928) that Harbor Freight sells to keep them all organized.

I’ve had my OG mig welder for about 8 years now. It’s just a little Lincoln Power Mig 140c but the thing has been an absolute unit for only being a 110v welder. I’ve pushed it well beyond it’s 20% duty cycle many times now and never once hit thermal throttling. And while it’s only rated for up to 1/8" steel, I’ve managed to weld up to 3/16" on occasion.

Something I’ve been wanting for a long time is a bead roller so I can make my patch panels look more authentic.
But I always had my standards set really high and thought I needed a high end motorized bead roller that can do up to 36". I finally came to my senses and realized a budget 18" unit would be far more than sufficient for my needs given I’m usually making small patches.
